“As the manager of the new Lynchburg location I intend to continue Performance's reputation for great customer service.  I am a Maryland Attorney with 25 years of experience in the real estate title and settlement industry.  Since 2001, I have been a Virginia Title Agent and have processed and conducted thousands of Virginia closings.  Among the other duties of managing a settlement office, I will be conducting title searches, processing closing files, preparing the HUD I, conducting the closings and disbursing funds.  The Lynchburg, Virginia area has a growing economy and a need for a high quality, customer service oriented title company.  Jeannie Moore, the President and sole owner of Performance Title has afforded me the opportunity to open this new office so that Lynchburg and the surrounding areas can discover the Performance difference.”
