Jeannie opened one of the first lay-settlement companies in Southwest Virginia in 1996 and has over 23 years experience managing and owning a real estate settlement company as well as being a licensed title insurance underwriter. Jeannie's vision was to start a title and settlement company that was built on the basics of customer service, a quality that she believed was missing from most companies. She believes that communication and professionalism are key components in operating any successful company.

Mary currently serves as the VP and closing agent for Performance Title and Settlement. Her professional background boasts connections with Jolly, Place, Fralin & Prillaman Law Offices and Southern Title Settlement Company. She was also the VP and Regional Manager for Mid-States Title of Southwest Virginia.

Skip Inabinett represents the Performance team in the Lynchburg location. He has been a Virginia Title Agent since 2001 and has processed and conducted thousands of Virginia closings. In addition to managing the Lynchburg office, Skip will be conducting title searches, processing closing files, preparing the HUD I, conducting the closings and disbursing funds.
