34th Annual Strawberry Festival at Elmwood Park
Voted as the “Favorite Annual Festival” by readers of The Roanoker, kids of all ages flock to the lawns of Elmwood Park to sample delicious strawberry-inspired dishes including strawberry shortcake, ice cream sundaes, smoothies and chocolate dipped strawberries.
The event runs Friday, May 2nd from 10am-5:30pm and Saturday, May 3rd from 10am-4pm. Advance tickets for strawberry shortcakes can be purchased online although the cakes are guaranteed to be available until 3pm on Saturday.
